MONTHLY WORKSHOPS

Monthly workshops are held at different studios in the nyc/long island area.

Two Saturdays. Two Practices. One Registration.

Join me online for a two-part Saturday practice exploring two different ways of working with the body.

We’ll begin on Saturday, September 12 from 9:30–10:30 AM with a Vinyasa practice centered around settling into the breath. We’ll take time to connect to the breath before allowing it to guide us into movement, transitions, and a full Vinyasa practice.

The following week, Saturday, September 19 at 10:30 AM, we’ll slow things down with Yin for the Hips, creating space for longer holds, stillness, and a deeper exploration of the hips.

Registration is $25 and includes both Saturdays. When you register for the September 12 Vinyasa, you’ll automatically be granted access to the following week’s Yin practice at no additional cost.

You’ll also receive 48-hour replay access following each live class, so you can return to the practice or join on your own time if you can’t make it live.

Autumn Yin + Ear Seeding

Join Di Salvador and Emily wRoe, msacchm, for a two-hour evening designed to support the body as we transition into autumn.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, autumn is associated with the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, systems connected with breath, release, and our ability to take in what we need and let go of what we no longer do.

We’ll begin with a 90-minute Yin practice focused on shapes and areas of the body that support these meridian pathways. Through longer holds, intentional breath, and stillness, the practice will create space to slow down and settle into the energy of the season.

Following the practice, Emily wRoe will offer ear seed application using points selected to complement the themes and energetics explored throughout the evening and the season. Ear seeds are a gentle form of auricular acupressure that allow you to continue working with specific points after you leave.

We’ll close with tea provided by Wroes Botanic.
