I know how hard it can be to maintain a practice, and a home practice can be even harder. Add travel, plans, family, shorter days, and the general busyness of the holidays, and it’s usually one of the first things we let slide.
Home for the Holidays is three months of virtual practice designed to make showing up a little easier. Join me live from wherever you are, or practice with the 24-hour replay when life doesn’t cooperate.
No commute, no rushing to the studio. Just roll out your mat and make a little room for your practice at home.

Five-class passes are nonrefundable and valid through December 31, 2026. In special circumstances, class credits or transfers may be offered at my discretion. Please reach out directly if something comes up.
