Hi, i’m Di…
Let’s move together. When I get stuck in my head, movement brings me back to myself. As a teacher, I hold space for students to explore, release, reconnect, and discover what feels true for them.
After practicing yoga for almost 20 years and teaching for seven, I’ve learned again and again how the practice can hold us—through changing relationships, grief, big life pivots, and even big moves across the country, like when I relocated from California to New York ten years ago. Yoga is there not only when life feels steady, but especially when it feels uncertain or heavy.
In my classes, workshops, and retreats, I weave mindful movement, meditation, and the meridian wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. My teaching is rooted in authenticity—real, grounded, and approachable—and always offers an opportunity to pause, to observe, and to connect more deeply with yourself and the community around you.
